Nasal polyp

[Bob Lauder]

Can anybody provide me with a pointer to a review, or textbook, which
deals with nasal polyps?  Info from researchers in the field would also
be welcome. I'm pretty much in the dark on this area and want to get 
a good modern backgroud text.
