                       ENTOMOLOGY RESEARCH ASSISTANT
                            STANTON, MINNESOTA

Northrup King Co., a leading agricultural company, seeks
candidates for an Entomology Research Assistant position at its
largest research facility, located eight miles east of
Northfield, Minnesota.

Primary responsibilities of this position include mass insect
rearing, evaluating hybrid and inbred corn for insect resistance,
developing and conducting laboratory/greenhouse bioassays,
collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, and supervising
seasonal personnel.  This position reports to the head of the
Entomology Department.

A Bachelor's degree in Entomology or a closely related field is
required.  Insect rearing and/or bioassay experience preferred. 
Candidates should have solid P/C skills with proficiency in
spreadsheet, word processing, and statistical software.  Strong
organizational skills will be beneficial.
