PART 2 - MODERATING THE BIOSCI/bionet NEWSGROUPS

I am continuing to get both public and private comment about the
proposals.  I thank everyone for their comments but have to mention
that I will not have time to reply to everyone personally.  Rest
assured that your comments will be read and are appreciated.

Unfortunately I have three other deadlines on non-BIOSCI projects this
week that also require my attention, so I can't spend the entire week
reading and responding to mail 8-).
