"Coley's toxins" - AMA reference

I am looking for a reference for my thesis.  Old (Science 230:630-632, 1985)
refers to a statement by the American Medical Association in 1934 that "Coley's
toxins were the only known systemic treatment for cancer."  Does anybody have
the primary reference?  I cannot find it, and he did not cite it!
