non-invasive chemical clinic analisys telemetry

Hi.
I live in Italy and I'm looking for informations about all the system for
chemichal-clinich non-invasive methode for diagnostic. The tipical methode is
take the blood sample and, after centrifugation, test with appropriate reagent
the serum. I need to know the alternative methodology used in aerospace
telemetry to know emathic values.
