"Leptin" from Amgen, Inc. (miracle fat reducer?)

I just watched NBC news tonight and they aired a report on a product 
called Leptin.  This product in just a couple of weeks would 
significantly reduce the weight of lab mice.

Did anyone see this report?

If so does anyone know where I might find out more about Leptin, or the 
company Amgen, Inc. ?

If this product really works it could very well be the "Killer Drug" of 
the nineties....and to come.

Let me know if anyone has any info on either the company or the product.
