I'm looking for any usenet groups that deal with anesthesia; the
practice of or more importantly, the biomedical engineering that
I do have a specific question and who knows perhaps you guys know
the answer: To wit;
When supplementing compressed air for Oxygen as a carrier gas, and
while using Isoflurane or Halothane as your agent, aside from having
to monitor your SA02 and C02 closely, is there any MAC differences?
Must you set your induction settings slightly higher for the lower
oxygen volume (21% ambient).
I'm looking to use compressed air as a carrier for a field use machine
for primates and would like to know the above.
