What are the latest theories concerning the silver gene and the 'tipping' (chinchilla/Shaded/Smoke) genes in the domestic feline? Has anyone determined exactly what is in the'yellow' band of the ticked hairs? I would appreciate it if you would share this information with me. Gloria Stephens
