What is a 'commercial' post?

This is not true.  Check out sci.bio.technology for starters, and
then look at the Web home pages sprouting up all over the Internet.

But be careful about the "commercial" nature of anything you post to
sci.bio.technology.  Each newsgroup seems to define what is allowed,
and what isn't, a little differently, so the safest strategy is to
read carefully and think about what would be appropriate for *that*
newsgroup.
