ISO Codes

Could anyone please steer me to a place (paper or electronic) which could 
explain to me the International Standards Organisation (ISO) codes. I 
have been asked by someone who does not have academic access to find out 
one of these codes (ISO65791993) which is, as far as I can tell, a 
procedure for Salmonella detection (either that or something from the 
International Socialist Organisation :).
