neonatal genetic screening

I am looking for journal references that can give me a history of 
neonatal screening for genetic defects as well as some information 
on the vendors of reagents for these tests eg methionine, 
biotinidase, glutathione.  These tests are performed by the Guthrie 
test.  Thanks!
