FE-model of cell

Hello everybody
I don't know if this is the right place to ask,  but anyway.

I'm trying to create a finite element mesh of the human Organ of Corti
(which is located somewhere in the inner ear).
For this I would need a simple finite element model of a cell or 
any information I can get about this topic.
