? re reference software

I haven't been able to find a more appropriate forum for this
question, so I'll start here:

I am currently on a Mac system at work, but I have a DOS Windows
system at home.  I use End-Note to handle my scientific
references, but am looking for a DOS-version equivalent.  Does
End-Note exist for Windows, or is there something else like it out
there for Windows?

Or is there a better newsgroup for this question?
