A colleague is trying to get 10 micron sections cut from horses hoof for basic H&E histology. So far she has tried cryo, wax and vibratoming, all with limited or no success. Has anybody done this or similar sucessfully? Any ideas? Please post or email me on rtg2 at le.ac.uk Thanks Ray
