I need for my investigations 1kg elaidic acid (trans-9-octadecenoic acid) or vaccenic acid (trans-11-octadecenoic acid) or chemicaly modified fats rich in this fatty acids (85%) Does anyone know at which firms I can buy these fatty acids?
