Bionet.twaddle

On the Biosci WWW page (http://www.bio.net/) there is a gif  logo which 
has  the title of the site super-imposed over the titles of bionet 
newsgroups. At the bottom , between the big 'O' and 'S', can clearly be 
seen the name bionet.twaddle.

Can anyone tell me how to subscribe to this interesting-sounding group? 
Or perhaps speculate on the subject matter?
