Science Citation Index

Science Citation Index is a wonderful tool.

However, the book version is not the easiest thing to use
and I suspect that an electronic version exists.

I have searched the Net for information about
this resource, but haven't found it.
Does anyone know if this service is available
(not for free I gather) on the Net? 
Or know where I can get information about SCI on CD-ROM?
