Where are the Jobs?

I am finding it very difficult to find job postings pertinent to my 
field (Reproductive Physiology - animals), the more so because I only 
have an MS plus an additional 2 years (i.e. no PhD).
My job search objective is a position within a scientific laboratory, 
preferably dealing with research.
     Does anyone have any suggestions re job search?
          And by the way, have I posted this right?
