does anyone know any info about teaching at college level?

Hi:

	I am starting the masters program in biology next semester and

planning to teach after graduating.  I would like know what to expect

when I graduated and looking for employment.  Is it tough to get a 

teaching job at a colloge?  What kind of salary should I expect?  Am I

making a mistake going in to teaching?
