Help!

I am an undergraduate at the university of Slford. I have to do a
project next year as part of my final year studies. I have been looking
for an isolation protocol for either Aspartate amino transferase, or
Alanin amino transferase.

I have tried looking on BIDS with no success. Can anybody help me?

I would be grateful for any information, useful references etc.
