Q: How to concentrate human-skin oils?

Have you read the book "Perfume" by Patrick Suskind?  If my memory 
serves me correctly, this provides some very detailed, if rather 
gruesome, ways of extracting scents from the human body although I will
point out that I am not advocating you take things quite as far as
'Grenouille'.
