Bradford University- Vitiligo

A few days ago I read about a medication which allegedly helps in the "cure" 
against Vitiligo. The article mentions Bradford University, in the UK.
I have been unable to establish e-mail contact with BU. 
I shall appreciate any help in
 1. Contacting Bradford University via e-mail (Biomedical Sciences Dept ?)
 2. Any other info. relevant to the treatment of Vitiligo
