HELP I am an graduate student how is trying to analyse the gene expression in transgenic mice. The gene I am interested is expressed in the skin. Now I am wondering if it is possible to isolate epidermal RNA from frozen newborn mouse skin?? Thank you very much for your help. Nathalie
