Hi,
Currently I am involved in in situ hybridizations in alfalfa nodules. I
use Digoxygenin labeled RNA probes for detection. After the procedure is
done I dehydrate the sections and mount them with Permount. However when
I view them under BrightField after that the purple color is gone.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to permanently store these
slides without losing the color? Please mail them to me. Thank you very
much in advance!
