needed: promoter consensus sequences

Hello,

I urgently need a consensus sequence for the mammalian polymerase II
promoter sequence, preferably with reference. I have a Breathnach
and Chambon paper, which is a bit old: 1981. I would guess that HUGO
has come up with a better definition.
