funding for russian child

Dear netters,

Does anyone have an idea on where to find funding for the treatment of 
Duchen (?) myopathy 
in 9-year-old kid from Russia. My friends have found the right place to 
perform this 
treatment down in Memphis, MO. Are there ahy charities or special funds 
for this sort 
of medical treatment?
