Hi everyone,

I'm doing a project on the evolution of the skate and it's primitive traits. 
The style of the paper is comparing the physical features of a skate to a 
perch (any modern fish actually, I chose a perch) and trying to explain why 
their features would demonstrate an earlier stage in the evolution of fish.

Is there anyone who could help me?  I need the information ASAP. <sigh>
