Does anyone have any experience with using the Boehringer Mannheim Tyrosine Kinase & Tyrosine Phosphatase ELISA kits? We are having trouble getting a linear standard curve above 12.5 pmol, following the BM protocol, and are wondering if there is a method of optimizing this protocol.
