New life form image on the 'Web'

Remember the exciting announcement just before Christmas of the new 
microscopic life form found on the lips of the Norway lobster? The 
organism was so unusual, a new phylum was created to classify it.

An exclusive scanning electron micrograph image (with explanatory 
article) of the life form is now on the Web in the Jan. issue of 
Micscape - Microscopy and Biology on-line Magazine.

The exclusive image was kindly donated by Peter Funch of Copenhagen 
University, a co-discoverer of the organism. The image is not shown in 
the 'Nature' magazine article.
