Glucose-1-phosphate levels

Hey all, 
I wish to know the levels of glucose-1-phosphate (G1P) in hepatocytes.
Additionally the half life of G1P in the cytoplasm and the availability 
for different metabolic routes will be very helpful.
I do not really know how much of it is free or coupled by different means.
