Fish "Golden Char" : Scientific name ?

I would like to know the scientific name (latin) of a fish named "Golden 
Char".

I found this fish at a Fish Market in Canada.

It becomes from North Carolina (Carolina Mountain, Farm Raised - Fresh 
Water - Steelhead, Andrews).

It looks like a trout.  Someone told me that it is a variety of "Rainbow 
Trout...?
