SECKEL SYNDROM

I'M looking for information of all kind about SECKEL SYNDROM.
As a physiotherapist, I have a patient (a little girl, 5 month young)
who suffers from the SECKEL SYNDROM. 

What is known about this syndrom?
What treatment may I offer to this patient?
