hi everyone.
A friend of mine and I are having a debate about the development of the
typical (unfertilized) chicken egg. I claim that it develops from a single
cell and does not at any stage during its development split or have other
cells added to it. My friend claims that the egg is made up of millions of
average size animal cells. Which of us is (more) correct?
Any offers of knowledge would be gratefully accepted.
Thanks
Keith
