I am a university student studying biology I need some info on staining of microorganisms Q) I need to know how discovered negative staining This stain is used with mostly Nigrosin and with Indian Ink. I would appreciate any help i can get. You maybe wondering what this is for. I have done a staining lab ffor my microbiology lab. Thank you!
