Postdoctoral Position in Insect Physiology
A postdoctoral position is available in the Department of
Zoology, Miami University to work with Dr. Richard E. Lee,
Jr. on research related to the overwintering biology of
insects. Current research efforts are centered on
physiological and ecological aspects of insect
cold-hardiness. Individuals with experience in one or
more areas of physiology are encouraged to apply. The Department
of Zoology has 34 faculty and approximately 60 graduate
students.
This is a two-year appointment with the possibility of a
third year. Start date is flexible and could begin as
early as September, 1996. The annual stipend is $22,500
plus fringe benefits. Search will remain open until a
suitable candidate is found.
