Hi there, I'm looking for an experimetal model to alter blood flow in DISUSED rodent skeletal muscle (hindlimb). At present I'm using a few models: hindlimb suspension, ttx neurotoxin induced disuse (sympathectomy) and prazosin (vasodilator). I'm looking for another model with which to compare these. Any ideas?
