Muscle type question.

 Could someone please help me out here.  I can't
figure out what type of muscle (skeletal, smooth or cardiac) the following
belong to:
	Gastrocnemius (I think it is also known as calf muscle)
	Diaphram
	Bladder
	Lips


I know that smooth muscle usually comprises the internal organs, 
but I can't determine whether these organs are internal or not.  
Like bladder.  I think it is internal and yet I think that its
muscles are voluntary.
