Skeletal muscle tissue contains very large muscle fibers, combined with
connective tissues and nervous tissues, they mainly function in movement
and stabilization of the skeleton; guard entrances and exits to the
digestive system, respiratory, and urinary tracts; they also generate
heat and protect internal organs.
Cardiac muscle tissues are found only in the heart. The main functions
of cardiac muscle is to circulate blood and maintain blood pressure.
Smooth muscle tissues encircle blood vessels and are found in the walls
of the digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive organs. They
function in the movement of food, urine, and reproductive tract
secretions. They also have important roles in regulation of respiratory
passageways and diameter of blood vessels.
        Answers to your question:
1)Gastrocnemius is skeletal
2)diaphragm is skeletal
3)urinary bladder smooth (muscularis layer consists 3 layers of smooth
muscle called the detrusor muscle.)
4)lips (the lips consist of fat and connective tissue but I assumed you
meant the orbicularis oris or the buccinator which move the lips; since
they are controllable the are skeletal.)
