Hi guys ! I am looking for a rapid method for screening PCB in water samples. As concentrations I'd like to test are low (50 ng/l and 0.1 mg/l), the method must involve fluorimetry (I can not use chromatography) If anybody know excitation parameters of PCB, or another method, please help me !
