Tips for RT-PCR?

Hi everybody,
would anybody have experience with RT-PCR and be willing to share 
some tips/hints and suggestions? I have made RT-PCR work twice so 
far, however used two different enzymes in each case. In an 
upcomming study it would be preferable to use only asingle enzyme 
system. Do you have any suggestions for a particularily well 
working system? I' appreciate any help!
