Hello, I need some help on the following, any help would be greatly
apprecitated:
1. What is the difference between Amylose, Amylopectin and Cellulose.
Does Cellulose hace alternating side chains, is that what makes them
insoluble?
2. What makes fat so unique. They consist of a carbon backbone, hydrogen
and fatty acids.
3. How is soap made?
4. What is the structure of DNA. I understand that a purine has to pair
up to a pyrmidine, and it is a double helix, but why is the nitrogenous
bases so significant!
