hi, my name is joe. i am 17, male.  i have a few questions about my growth.
 i am 5' 8", my father is 5' 11" and my mother is 5' 2".  am i supposed to
grow some more? if i do, how much more? how is my height compared to the
average american height in males?
how can i stimulate my growth hormone for me to grow more (exercises,foods,
medicines, vitamins, etc.)?
