Feel free to offer a definition that is acceptable to you ...

My definition begins with posts to more than one address ... and generally
refers to posts which are clearly designed for some economic gain on the
part of the sender ... and exhibit a total disregard for the inconvenience
it may cause to others who share the internet ...
