malignacy, dedifferentiation and glycolysis

Dear netters,
I am looking for a reference about correlation between the degree of
cell dedifferentiation, activation of aerobic glycolysis and the
degree of malignancy of tumor cells. I am afraid it is one of the old
works done by Prof.Warburg and so unavailable for the medline search.
