Quantifying Peptide attachment to a substrate

Hey. I have got a problem here:
	I am trying to grow hepatocytes on a polymer membrane. 
	I attach the adhesion peptides: YIGSR, RGD to it using certain 
 standard protocols. 

	How do I find out if the peptides are attached, and how
 do I quantify the attachment. The peptides are being used in
 nanograms/ml concentration. And this is a solid substrate.
