Great ape genome differences

Can anyone point me to current experimental data on the sequence-level
genome differences between humans and the other great apes, and between
different humans? I have 'rumour'-type numbers of an average 0.5%
difference between randomly selected humans (ethnic origin unknown), 1.5%
difference betweern human and chimp, 2% between human and gorilla. Is
there any better data for this than sequencing the beta globin locus and
1960s CoT curves?

Thanks
