Neuroptera problem!

Hi!

I'm a student in biology and I have a problem with the position of mouth
parts on Neuroptera's head: are they in front or at the bottom (life
Orthoptera)?  I don't have any specimen to observe nor books with the info
I'm searching for.  So, if someone could give me an answer before april 30,
I would be very grateful.
