Fat Determination

Does anyone know of any non-invasive method which can qualitatively 
distinguish fat tissue from non-fat tissue in-vivo? It must be able to be used 
on a live animal (sheep). Also, to make it harder, it needs to be something 
you can use without actually seeing the tissue (inside the animal). I have 
been told CAT scanning and unltrsound should work. Does anyone know of any 
other methods?
