ELISA method

Good day,
I'm a student in University of Rennes 1 (Bretagne, FRANCE).
I'm looking for :
- methods (with details) of teledetection of marins algae blooms,
- methods (with details) of identification of toxins from marins algae,
- some explanation of ELISA (Kato & al.) method, cytofluorimetry (apllied
to algae)
- methods (with details) of highlight of factors which are decisives in
algae toxical comportement.
