Transport number for 18kD FGF-2 (or IL-1 beta)

Hi,

does anybody know a transport number for microiontophoretic application
of the 18kD FGF-2 isoform. My experimental parameters: concentration of
FGF-2 18kD is 10nM in PBS (10mM phosphate buffer + 150mM NaCl) in a 3
barrel glass micropipette.
Or at least, does anybody know a transport number for an other molecule
of similar weight (e.g. Interleukin 1 beta)?
